Twenty four documented repairs from OCRV Center, each with the vehicle, the condition on arrival, the condition on delivery and the operations between them. Collision, delamination, roof, slide, paint, interior and fleet work.
Every pair says what was actually done
A before and after photograph on its own proves very little. Any competent shop can make a damaged panel look correct from ten feet in good light. What matters is which operations produced the result, because a sidewall that was refinished over wet core and a sidewall that was properly reskinned photograph identically on delivery day and diverge completely by the second summer.
So every pair below carries the operation list. When you see a delamination repair, you can read whether the skin was replaced or reset, whether the core was dried and verified, and what the bond line prep was. That is the information an owner needs to compare shops, and it is the information that photographs alone cannot carry.
Why the images are treated rather than glossy
The photographs are processed to a consistent duotone treatment so that lighting differences between a rainy Tuesday intake shot and a delivery shot in full sun stop doing the persuading. A before photograph shot dark and an after photograph shot bright is a lighting trick, and it is the most common way body shop galleries mislead without technically lying.
Consistent treatment across all twenty four pairs means the difference you see between before and after is the repair. It also means the gallery reads as a record rather than a brochure, which is closer to what it is.

40 foot Class A diesel pusher, Freightliner XC chassis
Rear cap crushed to the frame extension
On arrival
Rear cap split from the ladder mount down to the bumper fascia, generator bay door out of its opening by roughly 30 millimeters, and the frame extension displaced out of square in a way that was invisible until the cap came off.
On delivery
Frame extension measured back to factory datum, bay door opening square again, and an OEM cap bonded, faired and refinished with the color mapped into both rear side panels so the transition falls on a body line rather than in open field.

31 foot travel trailer, EPDM membrane over luan decking
Ceiling stain that was actually a refrigerator vent
On arrival
A brown halo above the dinette that grew every time it rained, two prior sealant repairs over the top of each other at the wrong penetration, and soft decking across roughly 40 percent of the roof that nobody had measured.
On delivery
Wet decking cut back to sound material, two soft rafters scarfed and replaced, new membrane bonded with a heat set seam at the transition, and all 24 penetrations stripped to clean substrate and rebuilt with butyl and lap sealant.

34 foot fifth wheel, laminated filon over block foam
Sidewall void the size of a dinner table
On arrival
A flat spot visible only when sighted down the wall in raking light, a soft bulge that moved under hand pressure, and a quote in the owner's hand for a full panel replacement that would have destroyed the factory graphics.
On delivery
The void closed across its full mapped area, the panel reading flat again under the same raking light, original graphics intact, and the awning rail fastener line resealed because that was the water path feeding the bond failure.

36 foot fifth wheel with two in wall slide rooms
Schwintek room that ate two gear racks in two years
On arrival
The room stopping 100 millimeters short on the forward side, the controller throwing a sync fault on every third cycle, and two prior mechanism replacements that each lasted one season because nobody checked the floor.
On delivery
The room square within tolerance corner to corner, the controller taken through its learn routine and then cycled twenty times without a fault, and the window reseal that was feeding water into the slide floor corrected at the source.

37 foot Class A gas with builder full body paint
Clear coat dead across the roof and both upper panels
On arrival
Clear that had gone matte and was lifting in sheets at the panel edges, a cut and buff attempt that recovered nothing because the failure was through the clear rather than in it, and graphics cracking along their own edges.
On delivery
Color even across every panel including both caps, film thickness read at 40 points and consistent, and graphics reapplied to the original layout after the cure window rather than inside it.

26 foot box truck, aluminum body, rail type lift gate
Dock strike that bound a roll up door
On arrival
Rear sill pushed inward, two lower body panels creased, the roll up door binding halfway through its travel, and a lift gate platform that would not sit flat because its mounting plate had taken the load.
On delivery
Sill section replaced and re squared, door running the full travel freely under load, gate platform level through its whole range, and fleet livery reapplied across the replaced panels so the unit matches the rest of the fleet.

25 foot riveted aluminum travel trailer
Aluminum shell crease and popped rivet lines
On arrival
A crease running across one lower side panel from gatepost contact, eleven bucked rivets popped along two seams, and two shops quoting panel replacement that would have cost the trailer decades of original patina.
On delivery
The original panel still on the trailer, the crease shrunk and planished out rather than filled, rivets replaced as bucked solid rivets on the original pattern, and the section polished in stages to blend into the surrounding finish.

31 foot Class C, Ford E450 chassis, Onan house generator
House generator that would not hold load
On arrival
A generator that started, ran and then dropped out under any real load, three rounds of fuel system parts bought elsewhere, and an exhaust wet with the residue of years of light load running.
On delivery
A compression number and a photograph in the owner's hand instead of a fourth guess, a replaced transfer switch with recorded terminal torque values, and a house generator load banked to rated output before it left the building.

30 foot travel trailer, 1,400 pound cargo carrying capacity
Quartz galley the trailer could not carry
On arrival
A material order for quartz counters and a residential sink that would have added roughly 180 pounds to a coach with 1,400 pounds of capacity before water, LP, passengers or gear went aboard.
On delivery
A galley that reads as stone, adds 31 pounds net, and leaves the trailer inside its rating with the fresh tank full, because the payload arithmetic happened before the material order rather than after the trailer started squatting.

33 foot Class C with a fiberglass front cap
Front cap spidered by a low branch
On arrival
A spider of stress cracks radiating from a single impact point above the windshield, gelcoat lifting at the crack edges, and a replacement quote from a shop that had not checked whether the laminate behind it was sound.
On delivery
The original cap still in place, cracks ground out to sound laminate and rebuilt in layers, and the refinish blended into the cap's own curvature so the repair boundary falls where the light changes anyway.

35 foot fifth wheel with a 20 foot power awning
Awning shredded by a Santa Ana wind
On arrival
Fabric torn from the roller across two thirds of its width, one arm bent past straightening, and a wall mounting rail that had started to pull its fasteners, which would have taken the whole assembly off at freeway speed.
On delivery
New fabric on a straight roller, both arms replaced as a matched pair, and the mounting rail removed, its fastener line rebedded in butyl, and reinstalled into sound substrate rather than into the holes that had already let go.

29 foot travel trailer with a 200 amp hour AGM bank
Twelve volt gremlins traced to one ground stud
On arrival
A year of dimming lights, a refrigerator dropping off DC, a converter cycling for no reason, and a parts bill from elsewhere that included a converter, a battery pair and a fuse panel, none of which fixed it.
On delivery
A single corroded chassis ground stud under the entry step cleaned, re terminated and torqued, voltage drop measured under load across the whole DC path, and every symptom gone after one diagnostic hour.

31 foot travel trailer with known prior water intrusion
Subfloor spongy in front of the entry door
On arrival
A floor that flexed underfoot for a meter in from the door, vinyl lifting at the seam, and a smell in the lower cabinet that the previous owner had covered with an air freshener rather than a repair.
On delivery
Subfloor cut out to sound material and replaced, framing scarfed where it had gone soft, flooring reinstated across the repair, and the door threshold seal that let the water in rebuilt so the repair is not on a countdown.

35 foot Class A with a two door absorption refrigerator
Absorption refrigerator cooling on one side only
On arrival
Freezer holding and fresh food side climbing, a residual smell of ammonia at the roof vent, and a recommendation from another shop to buy a new residential unit and rebuild the cabinet around it.
On delivery
The original cabinet and door panels retained, the cooling unit replaced through the OEM channel, the sealed circuit handled by EPA 608 certified personnel, and the box holding temperature on both sides through a 48 hour soak before delivery.

39 foot Class A with hydraulic leveling
Leveling jack that dropped a corner every night
On arrival
One corner settling 40 millimeters overnight, a controller showing no fault, and a quote from elsewhere for a complete leveling system replacement that never identified which component was leaking.
On delivery
A single weeping cylinder seal identified by isolating the circuit, that one jack rebuilt, the reservoir corrected and the system bled, and the coach holding level through a 72 hour static test on the yard.

Mercedes Sprinter 3500 170 inch, owner built camper conversion
Sprinter conversion the carrier did not know how to value
On arrival
Left side impact damage across factory sheet metal plus an owner built galley, a lithium electrical system and a bed platform, none of which appeared on any factory parts list, and two shops that had declined the job for exactly that reason.
On delivery
Factory sheet metal repaired and measured to spec, aftermarket build itemized separately with photographs and receipts so the carrier could value it, cabinetry rebuilt to original geometry, and ADAS sensors recalibrated after the bumper and glass work.

24 foot refrigerated box truck
Reefer box losing cold air at one rear corner
On arrival
Frost forming on the outside of the lower rear corner, a liner separating from the panel behind it, a roll up door track bound at the same corner, and three weeks already spent at another shop that gave it back leaking at the same place.
On delivery
Liner and insulation replaced back to sound material, the skin panel replaced with the seam moved off the corner radius, the door track replaced and the unit back on route in eleven days from intake.

RAM ProMaster 2500 high roof, eight unit service fleet
Decal ghosting the last vendor could not remove
On arrival
Old livery removed by a previous vendor with heat and a blade, leaving adhesive ghosting, scored clear coat along every letter edge, and a new wrap that would have telegraphed all of it within a month.
On delivery
Adhesive residue removed chemically without cutting the clear, the scored areas polished and sealed, and a new wrap laid so the seams line up across the body creases on all eight units rather than on each one differently.

42 foot Class A diesel pusher, one piece windshield
One piece Class A windshield cracked from the corner
On arrival
A crack running from the lower passenger corner across a third of the glass, a rubber gasket that had gone hard and shrunk, and no clear answer from anyone on what the OEM glass lead time actually was.
On delivery
OEM glass fitted on a new gasket with the frame flange cleaned and primed first, the lead time stated as five weeks at authorization and held to, and the surrounding cap paint edge protected rather than nicked during the set.

36 foot fifth wheel with a full wall slide
Slide face delamination the owner chose to monitor
On arrival
A void roughly 600 millimeters across on the slide face, dry on the meter, boundary marked in pencil by the owner, and a decision to be made between spending now and spending later.
On delivery
The perimeter marked properly and photographed with a scale, moisture readings recorded as a baseline, a seasonal re read scheduled, and the topper rail above it resealed because that was the only open path that could have wet it.

33 foot Class A gas, ten years uncovered in the valley
Roof membrane chalked to bare surface
On arrival
A membrane that transferred chalk to a dark cloth on the first wipe, sealant crazed at every penetration, and black streaking down both sidewalls marking the runoff paths from each failed joint.
On delivery
Every penetration stripped, primed and rebuilt first, then a full field recoat over a cleaned and primed membrane, so the coating is doing its own job rather than hiding failed sealant underneath it.

32 foot fifth wheel, particle core cabinet doors
Cabinet faces swollen from a slow galley leak
On arrival
Two lower cabinet doors swollen along the bottom edge, the toe kick delaminating, and a supply line fitting behind the sink that had been weeping for long enough to feed all of it without ever showing on the floor.
On delivery
The fitting replaced and the line pressure held for 20 minutes under observation, the toe kick and both door faces rebuilt, and the cabinet carcass dried and sealed at the cut edges so the next spill does not wick into the core.

34 foot travel trailer used as a mobile office
Bunk room converted to a workspace inside payload
On arrival
Two fixed bunks and a wardrobe consuming the rear of the trailer, a plan to add a solid wood desk and a filing cabinet, and no accounting for what leaving the bunks in place would do to the axle loading.
On delivery
Bunks removed, their weight recorded, a lightweight desk and shelving built on the same wall structure, a 120 volt circuit added to the rear wall on its own breaker, and the finished conversion 60 pounds lighter than the original bunk assembly.

Four Ford F550 chassis for a public works department
Municipal utility bodies installed without losing route coverage
On arrival
Four cab and chassis units delivered bare, a department that could not spare more than one truck at a time, and a purchase order that had already been rejected once by accounts payable for the wrong cost center reference.
On delivery
Utility bodies, toolboxes and lighting installed one unit at a time so route coverage never dropped, subframes fabricated and welded by certified personnel, and each invoice written against the county purchase order and the department cost center so it cleared first pass.
